职位职责：

1.Conducts and participates in salary surveys, help the company to indentify its position in the market and advise on the company's programs

2. Yearly salary adjustment and bonus preparing

3. Maintain and check employee data in HRIS to ensure accuracy, completeness and up to date

4. Take responsibility for monthly/yearly budget/quarterly forecast of personnel cost

5. Periodical Performance appraisal system management

6. Handle independently Payroll and Income Tax administration

7. Recommendation and analysis on annual salary review

8. Help Site HR manager on design and develop, administration overall compensation and benefits structures

9.Other tasks assigned by Site HR Manager

职位要求：

1. College degree or above in Human Resources or business oriented

2. Above 5 years working experiences in HR field in a multinational company.

3. Social and intercultural sensitivity

4. Goal focus and good team player

5. English language skills, fluent in written and spoken form.

6. Computer literacy in excel

7. Detail-minded and good analytical ability

8.Independent, hands-on and can-do attitude
