职位描述
职位职责:
1. Provide service for the customers through coordinating with related departments to ensure the implementation of customer orders and delivery on time resulting in increased customer satisfaction.
2. Monitor customer forecast and regularly maintain data in ERP system, Coordinate with purchasing dept to do well in material planning.
3. Customer order receiving and key in system to ensure data accuracy.
4. Confirm order schedule with planner and feedback to customer.
5. Arrange shipment as customer requirements.
6. Customer RMA coordination
7. Finish Goods monitor e.g. Stock build planning, Stock delivery planning etc.
8. Customer payment check regularly
9. Handling new inquiries either from External Sales or from customers.
10. Sample check and process correctly
11. FAI sample arrangement and liaise with PM to chase approval status
职位要求:
Education and Training:
College or above in international trade/ English or related
Experience and Skill:
1. At least 2 year experience in customer service dept or related dept
2. Familiarity with order processing and customer forecast analysis operations
Personality and Competency:
1. Good communication skills
2. PC and ERP system literate
3. Accept and implement change
4. Customer orientated
5. Good team work skills
6. Good English, both written and spoken
