岗位要求：

1. Bachelor degree or above, electrical or mechanical education background

2. At least 2 years working experience in a cable assembly company or telecommunication industry

3. Copper cable assemblies and the associated technologies, master equipment knowledge, relative process knowledge

4. good project management skills, professional experience to be a project leader will be a plus

5. Be familiar with ISO 9001 quality system, certified internal auditor is preferred.

6. Good in English speaking, reading and writing.

职位描述：

1.New product instruction – In this function, the engineer will assist the engineering manager in developing production layouts, equipment list and costs, production standards and assembly costs for products being evaluated for transfer from facility abroad, or new project from customers, assuring that all required information is in place and properly documented as requested.

2. Sample making – Work together with RFQ engineer to move RFQ phase to sample phase, verify all RFQ information and lead technician to finish sample FA.

3. Project management – Support project management and coordinate all relative function department to ensure project smoothly and effectively transfer to mass production.
