职位描述
The role is responsible for all sales activities in the territory on distributor-, wholesaler- and workshop level. The area sales manager is leader of a team of commercial specialists.
Sales Responsible:
Overall responsible for IAM sales in the territory.
Responsible for territory T/O, DB1 (by product and customer mix), first tier channel development and channel coverage
Responsible for second tier retail, corporate service network, chained workshops: T/O, coverage, quantity and quality
National Key accounts' performance in the territory
Support implementation of CBF/BU Sales strategy
Strategy, Reporting and Planning:
Responsible for territory level planning and reporting, including: 1. BP planning by CBF/BU; 2. Cost; 3. HC planning; 4. Monthly FC
Define and implement territory-specific mid-long term IAM strategy based on national IAM Strategy 1. Products; 2. Channel; 3. BS concept; 4. Retail concept; 5. Marketing; 6.Service; ...
Requirements:
At least 7 years experience in business development, sales or marketing fields;
At least 5 years in international company within automotive or automotive aftermarket industries preferred.
At least 3 years in people management role
Fluent English in writing and speaking.
