Requirements
1.Bachelor of Science Degree in business or related field of study
2.Above 5 years sales / business development experience with at least 3 years in the automotive industry
3.Fluent (written/verbal) in English languages and in Chinese (Mandarin).
4.Superior interpersonal and communication skills
5.Superior negotiation and customer relations skills
6.Good knowledge and experiences on metal market & Engineering would be preferable.
7.Related Finance knowledge such as IRR/EBITDA is necessary.
8.Good personality and could work under high pressure with aggressive to market development.
Responsibilties
1.Establish relationships with current and prospective Chinese OEM’s/tiered I customers.
2.Market Metaldyne’s products to prospective customers in line with our product offering from Suzhou plant.
3.Manage internal and external resources to ensure timely and accurate feedback on customer inquires.
4.Ensure Metaldyne policies and procedures are being maintained with all aspects of customer interface including (but not limited to): Delegation of Authority, appropriate approval of customer proposals, Contract Review, Purchase order/contract review, Maintence of Agile and SAFR systems.
5.Lead all sales activities with Customer including pricing negotiation, contract negotiation and customer managements etc under company business growth strategies.
