职位描述
Tishman Speyer – Sales and Leasing Officer
Reports to: Sales & Leasing Manager.
Principal responsibilities:
To set up and participate in all meetings with external parties as well as internal parties.
Take meeting minutes as required Maintain contracts and set up database for clients & tenants To provide support to managers in their daily work.
Other job responsibilities as assigned by the company.
The successful candidate would have:
Degree qualified from a reputable university in China/other countries.
Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, sales, marketing or related discipline.
Experience working with multinational or foreign companies is preferred.
Two to three years hands-on experience with sales & leasing of property.
Equipped with basic knowledge of sales/leasing procedures & practice in local market Must be detail oriented and have the ability to work independently.
Reliable, consistently meets deadlines, follows through on all assignments with minimal direction.
Effectively manages multiple tasks, multiple demands and competing priorities.
Ability to understand and communicate in English, verbally and in writing, is preferred but not a must.
Ability to use and has sufficient knowledge of computer software currently utilized by Tishman Speyer.
