· Degree holder with CET 4.

Job description

LOGISTICS

· Importing/exporting (chemical products and raw materials). Customs declaration and taxes, bill of lading, invoices, etc.

· Relation with forwarders: quotations, insurance and charge confirmation.

· Arrange trucks for domestic deliveries, suppliers, etc

· Manage express
· Exporting, importing & domestic sales/logistics/NCR records and costs control. Information support to finance department.

CUSTOMER SERVICE

· Communication with clients/agents/HQ’s for the delivery, documents, and feedback to HQ’s. Document translations Chinese/English to HQ’s.

· Prepare bidding documents.

· Contract review and keep tracing the contract to be signed by client and HQ’s

· NCR/complaints collection and distribution internally. Closing NCR communication to the customer.

· Invoicing to customers. Information support to finance department.
· Monthly customer satisfaction and logistics KPI’s.
