Office Services Coordinator.
Locally this position may be referred to as Office Services Coordinator.
Office Services:
Responsible for routine coordination in the areas of including reception, cafeteria,
transportation, driver team, housekeeping, office equipment/facilities, and any other
related employee service.
Responsible for supporting the budget of all CSCL employee services related including
cafeteria, transportation, housing keeping, office equipment/facilities.
Coordinate for all routine management in the areas of including reception, cafeteria,
shuttle buses, company driver and car, housekeeping, office equipment/facilities, and any
other related employee service.
Insure vehicles, office equipment and supplies are in order and performing effectivly.
Keep work within approved budget and schedule, and work out opportunities to reduce service
costs or simplify service processes.
Communicate with all departments in CSCL, related commercial contractors, and government
agencies to provide all services most effectively.
Coordinate MQ13005 for Cafeteria and Transportation areas to improve processes and quality.
ISE Coordination:
Coordinate ISE visas, work permits and residence permits.
Assist and resolve issues dealing with ISE lease contracts and transportation management
issues.
Coordinate and manage process for all local employee's business visa applications.
General Services:
Negotiate and manage contracts for hotels and travel agents.
Oversee and coordinate the driver team's daily activity.
Create and administer quarterly cafeteria service survey.
Create and administer quarterly transportation service survey.
Coordinate the weekly menu for cafeteria
Manage complaints / resolve issues with the cafeteria and transportation (15 employee
shuttle buses)
BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE:
Prior experience in general services management and coordination, strong sense of customer
satisfaction, ability to deal with a variety of personalities. Systematic and professional
working manner is required. Good communication ability, teamwork, and computer skill is
essential. Being capable of communicating in both written and oral English.
