岗位职责 Job Responsibilities:

1. 负责指定项目的生产性物料采购相关工作;

Responsible for production material purchasing for assigned programs;

2. 完成客户询价项目的材料成本评估；;

Finish cost estimation for customer RFQ;

3. 完成新项目生产性材料采购，满足项目成本预算和时间节点;

Finish new programs production material purchasing with cost under program budget and launch meeting program milestones;

4. 管理供应商年度降价谈判，监控年度降价完成情况;

Take annual productivity negotiation with assigned suppliers and monitor execution progress;

5. 潜在供应商开发，优化供应商结构，改善成本与质量;

Seek for potential suppliers to optimize supplier base for better cost structure and quality;

6. 完成部门分配的采购目标和KPI;

Achieve purchasing objectives and KPI assigned by department;

7. 效力和效率方面的持续性改进;

Continuously improvement both for effectiveness and efficiency;

8. 完成上级交办的其它工作.

Complete other assignments given by superior.
