We are a German sourcing/buying office and we have four offices in Asia. Our headquarters are in Germany and we have around 2,000 retail shops around Europe being a trend-oriented textile discounter.

In order to cope with our expansion, we are now urgently looking for the following position for the Suzhou SIP area:

Quality Assurance (QA)

Job duties:

• Responsible for product quality and prepare technical document i.e. sample comment, sample fitting, measurement according to spec sheet..
• Possess strong technical expertise in Garment and Accessories items,
• Possess strong technical expertise in specific items like Lingerie, Bra & Panty..
• Possess strong technical expertise in specific items like Flat knit (sweater) & Sock.
• Work closely with manufacturers in quality and technical support;
• Assist with manufacturers for troubleshooting analytical methodology.
• Performing all QA duties, supporting the QA Team Leader.

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of work experience in the area of QA in the garment field
• Degree in garment technology, fashion design or related field of study
• Fluent in verbal and written English as well as Mandarin
• The ability to work independently with strong organizational skills, attention to detail while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast paced environment
• Excellent knowledge of processing of textiles
• Well aware of international quality standards & all kind sample checking/supervising
• Frequent domestic and occasional international travel is required
• Interest and passion for fashion and/or garments
