We are a German sourcing/buying office and our offices are located in Suzhou, Bangladesh and India. Our headquarters are in Germany and we have around 2,000 retail shops around Europe being a trend-oriented textile discounter. In order to cope with our expansion, we are now urgently looking for the following position for our Suzhou office:

CSR DEPT. - Compliance Officer

Job Duty:

1. working from office, on list and system update/maintenance;
2. Understanding and evaluating supplier and factory social compliance systems. Conducting root cause analysis and implementation of effective solutions to support capacity building remediation plans.
3.contact with internal team / vendor / factories

4. work out report/summary to analysis supplier & CSR team performance
5.Assume additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed


Requirements:

  • Over 5 years' compliance experience in Garment/Sundries/Home textile/Sock.
  • Familiar with COC & Country of Origin requirements
  • Knowledge of Audit/Human Right/Product Safety/Environmental Protection/Labor Law / Standards in China.
  • Hand-on experience in audit procedure and follow-up with the manufacturers.
  • Highly motivated and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel in China
  • Good command of spoken and written English
