Responsibilities

Manage the Quality inspectors.
Interact with Purchase and Project teams to establish and verify quality requirements to suppliers.
Ensure compliance with standards and legislation.
Implement, Manage and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with
ISO 9001.
Defining quality procedures, Assessing and Auditing suppliers.
Liaising with customers and customers' auditors, ensure CAPA in compliance with specifications.
Promoting quality achievement and performance improvement in the organization.



Requirements

Bachelor degree or above in science and engineering, major in mechanical engineering is preferable.
At least 10 years of practical experience with Quality Management in mechanical related industry, including establishment of a Quality Management System and a Quality Manual. More than 5 years working experience as Quality Manager is preferable.
Have good understanding and practical experience of QMS according to ISO 9001.
Have a general technical understanding and insight into production technology, experience with high end European quality requirements and Internal/supplier Audits.
Be cooperative, quality minded, structured and detail oriented without losing track, and be able to work independently on the various assignments.
Appear and act professionally as a representative of company with high integrity.
Good communication skill and strong team work spirit.
Good oral English and written English.
