Regular responsibilities:
The main regular responsibilities of this position, including but not limited:
1. Monitor Production order material status for new orders and coordinate with purchasing department for completion;
2. Advise of production order material completion and coordinate production order release;
3. Work with Warehouse & Shipping to ensure WOs are pulled as needed;
4. Ensure material shortages are resolved by Purchasing Department;
5. Collect production order completion Qty's and confirm in MRP system;
6. Coordinate Sub assembly completion and transfer between departments;
7. Verify WOs Status for Order closing in SAP;
8. Assist Production Coordinator / Planning as needed;
9. Work within the parameters of the QM System while pursuing the general and company-specific commercial goals;
10. Other duties assigned.

Regular educational Background or certificate:
1. Previous production or administration experience;
2. Familiar with production and material control process;
3. Communicate in basic English.
Requirement of professional experience:
1. Knowledge of ERP/MRP;
2. Good experience with Manufacturing Environment;
3. IPC-A-610 Standard knowledge and ISO requirements;
4. People oriented;
5. Self Starter / Pro Active.
