任职要求 Requirements:

1. 大专及以上学历，电气自动化或相关专业。
College degree or above, electrical engineering or relative education background.
2. 2至3年以上电子、通讯或机械行业生产质量管理经验或一线生产管理经验，有外企工作经验者优先。
2 or 3 years of work experience of production quality management in electrical or machinery industry, prefer to have work experience in foreign companies.
3. 熟悉制造性企业生产流程和IS09001:2008质量规范流程。
Familiar with production procedure and ISO9001:2008 quality management system.
4. 具备组织管理和沟通协调能力，有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
Good organization and communication ability, good ability of finding problems and solving problems.
5. 个性坚强，有独立工作能力,团队合作精神。
Work hard and can work with minimum monitoring，good team player.
6. 英语水平较好。
Good knowledge of English.


工作职责Responsibilities

1. 产品质量控制和检查（主要产品为海洋行业定制的控制面板）。
Product quality control and panel test for production of tailored control panels for marine and offshore industries.
2. 帮助技术部和生产部导入新项目。
Assist the technical and production department to introduce new projects.
3. 制程和产品质量监控和持续改善。
Product quality daily monitoring and continuously improvement
4. 质量异常处理和改善对策及有效性后续跟进。
Quality nonconformity issue handling and follow up on the corrective action and prevention action.
5. 产线发现的原材料不良处理。
Raw material defect found at production line handling.
6. 定期的进行物料盘点。
Do physical materials counting, to make sure materials amount is matching between ERP and shelf together with Warehouse keeper.
7. 在ERP系统中生成物料采购单。
Create PO request in ERP system for GI purchasing guy to purchase material for new orders.
8. 5S管理和安全生产。
Maintain 5S in workshop and safety production.
