1. To push quotation and new material color swatches from suppliers for buyer in-time
2. To check PI , able to negotiate and arrange payment for L/C payment or deposit payment if necessary.
3. To push confirmation samples of hangbags from suppliers in time, able to make comments for review of cfm samples
4. To check packing details with suppliers
5. To solve issues for follow-up the bulk orders
6. To track/control on-time delivery
7. To control the production status,, and arrange final inspection
8. To check shipping documents, and make sure sending correct shipping docs to Finland Head office
9. To negotiate and arrange remaining payment if necessary
10. To control the quality level in bulk
11. To settle any question in bulk from supplier or client
12. To solve the complaints/claim/discount from clients with supplier after one season finished
13. Others arranged by merchandise manager
