职位描述
主要职责Main Responsibilities:
? To manage the maintenance team (including evaluation, motivation and recruitment) to achieve Maintenance’ s targets;
? To take the responsibility for establishment of equipment management system and filing of equipment technical data;
? To be in charge of the establishment of equipment files, preventive maintenance and daily maintenance plans;
? Responsible for management of spare parts and maintenance outsourcing;
? Assist General Manager to update and plan on equipment modification and the related budgets.
? To well manage the maintenance budget planning and control, ensure the maintenance cost is within budget.
? Be in charge of making, organizing and implementing the yearly equipment maintenance plans.
? Properly instructs the maintenance & troubleshooting method for all equipment, and make sufficient training to all reports and related employees of other department.
? Take the responsibility of management and instruction to maintenance operators for maintaining and using the equipments properly.
? Be responsible for equipment’s improvements and modifications; coordination to solve any technical problems.
? To be in charge of equipment test and overhaul; if needed attend to rush repairs of equipments in order to ensure safe manufacturing conditions.
? To ensure out safety standard is always being well followed by maintenance team, and also take responsibility for the safety improvement.
任职资格Qualifications:
? Bachelor degree related to mechanical systems (machinery) and electronics or electrical automation;
? Good service consciousness and good sense of teamwork.
? Related work experience over 8 years. Previous experience in the automotive industry;
? Strong judging ability and ability to dealing with everything, high manipulative ability;
? Good spoken English, proficient use of computer and office software.
