职位描述
Job Description:
1.Be the main contact window between the Company and customers; to maintain and grow sound business relationship with customers; act as customer representative in the Company and represents the Company at customer side.
2.To keep close and effective communication with customer’s sourcing, purchasing and engineering team, having a clear understanding on existing business, new projects and budget/forecast.
3.Be the owner of working out reliable annual budget/forecast; to get rolling forecast from customers and work with customer service staff to ensure 100% delivery achieved.
4.Make regular analysis to define the variance of budget/forecast with rolling forecast and actual, to timely propose actions with customers and Company to fix the variance if any.
5.Be the owner of acquiring new projects from existing customers and to support BD team to acquire new business from potential customers at agreed margin level, including but not limit to cost analysis, quotation against approval, database establishment and ensure milestones be in line with the agreement made with customers.
6.To perform quarterly cost review and organize resources to work out cost optimization analysis and to propose continuous cost optimization solutions to ensure the actual cost is in line with or lower than projection cost.
7.Be responsible for master data establishment in a proper and accurate way; maintain and update BOM, routing and prices in QAD system with relevant approval.
8.To perform customer satisfaction survey to lead internal improvement actions.
Basic Demand

2. Technically aware of the major issues facing the customer (opportunities / solutions)
3.Good internal / external communication skills
4.Ability to mobilize the organization to respond to an issue/opportunity without delegating upwards, other than by exception.
5. Skilled negotiator, knows when and how to say no
6. Self starter, able to work without direct supervision.
7. Strong leadership skills.
