工作地点：张家港。
Job duties:
1.) Working independently, performing all merchandising duties, supporting the Merchandiser to source products
2.) Sourcing new suppliers, requesting and compiling information into a vendor info file
3.) Organizing and maintaining a supplier database
4.) Visiting suppliers and factories to find needed for immediate domestic production and updating the production team of findings
5.) Maintaining files of development requests and organizing counter submits as they are received for review with the design team
6.) Following up with design team on needed images, samples needed to start the development process


Requirements:

1.) More than 5 years experience in product development, preferably in the Garment or Accessory industry.
2.) Job will include garment, paper and packaging development for apparel trims and accessories.
3.) Must be able to work with team in China and US.
4.) Familiar with managing other team members.
5.) Junior College Degree or more.
6.) Fluent English needed. Must be able to speak and write at the C6 level.
7.) The ability to work independently with strong organizational skills, attention to detail while effectively prioritizing and executing tasks in a fast paced environment
8.) Interest and passion for fashion and/or garments
