Technical Job Responsibility（工作职责）:

1. Ensure customer satisfaction in various containment jobs.

确保客户对各项围堵工作满意。

2. Represent our business and culture in a self confident and conclusive manner.

3. Communicates effectively with clients to identify needs and evaluate alternative containment solutions.

与客户有效沟通，识别客户需求并评估有效的返修方案。

4. Manage and implement all containment and rework jobs.

管理并落实所有的维修返工任务

5. Conduct any necessary coordination and communication with clients for any support within containment and rework jobs.

与客户进行必要的协调和沟通以便获取客户对我们维修工作中所需要的支持。

6. Ensure the containment jobs are completed in a timely manner, with good quality and high efficiency

保证维修任务及时、保质、高效完成

7. Ensure the safety environment within containment jobs.

确保返修工作是在安全的环境中进行。

8. Coordinate containment quotation and other commercial cases with clients

与客户协调维修报价及其他商务业务

9. Prepare and send the daily report to clients.

整理并发送工作日报给客户

10. Make summary for the employee's attendance, overtime, reimbursement

对员工的出勤，加班，报销等进行汇总

11. Recruiting, coaching, and managing the containment technicians.

招聘，培训，管理维修技工

12. Conduct employee monthly performance evaluation and skills evaluation, and submit the evaluation result for supervisor’s review.

对员工工作绩效和技能进行月度评定，并将相应的评估结果提交给主管复核。

13. Manage SCSI gages/tools, responsible for gage(s) and tools and calibration due date information.

管理赛思的量具和工具，按照校验周期进行校验。

14. Finish other responsibility assigned by supervisor

Personal Job Skills required（个人技能要求）

1. Male have College degree or equivalent

男性，大专学历或相当

2. Three years above mechanical industry，production management experience，with the auto industry is preferred

3年及以上生产管理工作经验，机械、汽车行业优先考虑

3. Good communication skills, business operation ability and team consciousness

良好的沟通能力、商务营运能力及团队意识

4. Proficient in MICROSOFT software

精通MICROSOFT软件

5. with Production and quality management experience is preferred

有生产和质量管理经验者优先

6. with English ability is preferred
