岗位职责：
1. 完成部门签约、收入任务，做好客户服务的督导工作；
2. 组建和领导咨询团队，传递公司经营理念；
3. 向总经理提出合理化的建议，并汇报任务完成情况；
4. 实现区域分管项目销售推广；
5. 培训和管理高素质的咨询顾问团队，指导其完成公司计划、市场销售任务；
6. 处理部门内日常发生的各种突发情况；
7. 根据公司整体业务发展和管理，配合其他部门的工作。
任职要求：
1. 25-40周岁，本科及以上学历，海外教育背景优先；
2. 了解当地留学市场，具备活动推广和组织的能力；
3. 有较强的学习和沟通能力，具有一定的团队管理能力，
4. 具有良好的外语沟通能力，熟练使用办公软件；
5. 具有1年及以上留学项目经理经验者优先；
