Functional Roles, Responsibilities and Essential Duties: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

? Responsible for the daily financial accounting, check all the vouchers to secure the accuracy and consistency.
? Be in charge of monthly reporting and deliver the report before deadline. Accrue, prepaid and amortization expense on monthly base
? Ensure to Input Frango and prepare the output pack timely
? Review, and modify accounting reports to ensure accurate communication of financial results to management / stakeholders
? Prepare weekly cash forecast to meet liquidity plan.
? Take initiative to solve the accounting issues in routine work
? Keep close contact with Tax bureau and in charge of all tax declarations both state and local (State tax example: VAT/ Local Tax –Stamp duty, city building tax, transportation tax, and so on).
? Provide support for external annual audits
? Work as key users of finance module during New ERP implementation.
? Assist finance manager to define and implement accounting systems and procedures for financial transactions in assigned areas.
? Assist Finance manager to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization
? Other tasks assigned by Finance manager

Job Requirements:
Education, Training,
Experience: ? Bachelor's degree
? More than 5 years of experience in a financial position
Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Educational Certificate

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
? Must possess good written and verbal communications skills in Mandarin and English.
? Must possess a high level of integrity and confidentiality in dealing with sensitive financial information.
? Must possess in-depth knowledge of China tax regulations.
? Must be proficient with Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
? Solid knowledge on ERP systems
