Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree in Automation and Electronics of fulltime university;
2. Minimum of 3 years working experience of testing and process related of PCBA manufacturing, Multi-national company working experience is highly preferred;
3. Good understanding of PCBA manufacturing technology;
4. Others:
(1) Well know about PCBA ICT, FCT test technology and PCBA manufacturing process;
(2) Well know PCBA technology and components;
(3) Fluent in English, good at problem solving, communication skills, skilful in Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities:
For Position
1．To detect set up and maintain PCBA manufacturing process and test.
For Organization
1. Provide stable, effective & efficient manufacturing system for PCBA according to test specification
2. Detect functional problems of PCBA
3. Work with other team to analyse product and PCBA failures to find root cause and make corrective actions
4. Implement preventive actions to maintain stability and accuracy of PCBA manufacturing system
Responsibilities:
1. PCBA test & assembly specification evolution
(1) The unique window to STI PCBA test and assembly in SSD regarding any PCBA specification topics;
(2) The owner of PCBA test and assembly specification in SSD for keeping, evolution and archive.
2. PCBA manufacturing methodology and standardization
(1) Apply PCBA manufacturing methodology to provide practical solutions with cost consideration;
(2) Formulate the standard of PCBA manufacturing system, including hardware (architecture, components type, diagram, and so on) and software (interface, program format, codes and so on).
3. PCBA manufacturing process design, creation and validation
(1) Set up PCBA equipment specification;
(2) Participate to the choice of subcontractor;
(3) Pilot & follow subcontractor progress of new equipments;
(4) Validate & qualify PCBA equipment and deliver to mass production.
4. PCBA manufacturing process evolution and diagnoses
(1) To upgrade and update manufacturing system based requirements of PCBA test or assembly specification change and product evolution
(2) To diagnose test failures, especially focus on PCBA test equipment issues and related actions
(3) Continuously improve PCBA technology and system capability
5. PCBA manufacturing system maintenance and calibration
(1) Test system maintenance planning and execution, to be sure the equipments are in good condition
(2) To calibrate test system quarter/year bases to be sure the system variation of testers are compliant with test specifications
6. Technical Supports to other functions on PCBA technology
(1) To provide support to other functions regarding PCBA technology.
