A. POSITION SUMMARY

Establish and implement Compensation & benefits policy, oversee payroll settlement and all employment administrations within OS BE China plant, which is aligned with company's business strategy and government regulation and aiming to attract, retain and motivate targeted employees.

B. MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

1Work out annual labor cost budget and cost evolution analysis
2Participate in relevant compensation and benefits surveys, responsible for salary structure, job analysis and job evaluation, data submission and analysis.
3Analyze compensation policies, government regulations, and prevailing market price to develop competitive compensation plan in line with Company business strategy
4Implement and maintain HR Payroll/Attendance/Master data system
5Direct preparation and distribution of written and verbal information to inform employees of benefits, compensation, and personnel policies
6Deal with local governmental authorities and maintain good relationship
7Produces monthly regular and ad-hoc reports
