职位描述
接听电话，向电话询问者提供信息，记录留言，转接电话
收发日常邮件，传真
将信件及其他记录归档
安排酒店，商务旅行，机票，会务的预订工作
接待访客
采购，分发和控制办公用品
准备各类外籍员工签证，居留证等材料
负责餐厅及保洁工作的监督协调工作
安排车辆使用
负责考勤及加班的统计
岗位要求：
大专以上学历,应届生亦可
工作效率高，条理性强，有团队意识
认真负责，积极主动执行交办工作
熟练使用操作办公自动化设备，包括计算机，打印机，传真机，复印机等
有良好的文字表达能力和一定的英语基础，具备较强听说能力
Phone calls answering & transferring & recording messages
Mails/messages collection,distribution and post
Document arrangement
Travel arrangement such as air ticket and hotel booking
Receive visitors
Office supplies procurement,distribution and management
Preparing various types of visa,residence permit and other materials for foreign workers
Responsible for the dining room and supervise the cleaning work
car using arrangement
check on work attendance
Requirements
junior college or above
have high work efficiency and team spirit
energetic personality and be responsible and initiative
adroit in O A equipment including computer,printer,fax and copycat
be good at both English and Chinese
