About Audit and Assurance
PricewaterhouseCoopers Assurance professionals provide audit, accounting and regulatory services. They also offer risk management solutions, attest-related services as well as public listing service and corporate training for organisations ranging from potential start-up companies to large multi-nationals.

Roles & Responsibilities：
As an Audit and Assurance Associate you will be working as part of a team of professional business advisors and accountants to meet the needs of our clients. Such as:

• to review clients' accounts and report to shareholders on the financial status of the company;
• to appraise the effectiveness of clients' financial systems; and
• to consult with clients to solve other complex business problems.
  

As an Audit and Assurance Senior Associate you will be:

• assisting managers / senior managers in leading a team of professionals in carrying out audit fieldwork and assurance assignments;
• working closely with clients and team members in order to provide quality assurance services;
• Providing coaching to junior team members.

Requirements:
For Associate, we are seeking:

• Minimum one year's relevant experience in accounting firms;
• University degree, preferably in auditing, accounting, finance or other commercial oriented disciplines;
• Proven progress in China CPA qualification is a plus;
• General knowledge in PRC accounting practices and regulations;
• Strong command of English and Mandarin, certificate in CET6 is a must;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Commercial orientation;
• Influencing skills / leadership potential;
• Problem solving and decision making skills;
• Organizational skills;
• Energy and drive;
• Team player, hardworking; and
• Willing to travel.

For Senior Associate, we are seeking:

• Minimum two years’ relevant experience in a Big Four or more than three years’ relevant experience in a local CPA firm;
• University degree, preferably in auditing, accounting, finance or other commercial oriented disciplines;
• China or overseas CPA qualification preferred;
• Solid base in PRC accounting/taxation practices and regulations;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong command of English and Mandarin;
• Good client relationship management skills;
• Good problem solving and decision making skills;
• Team player, dynamic and hardworking; and
• Willing to travel.
