1. Contribute to the development of the annual business plan
参与制定公司年度经营发展计划
2. Develop and approve financial statements and reports, including statutory financial reporting and preparation of weekly and monthly accounts and reports to Germany,Australia and TKCN.
制定和审核企业的财务报表，包括所有法定的财务报告和每周每月须向德国方、澳大利亚方及TKCN上报的财务报表
3. Represent the ThyssenKrupp Aerospace Suzhou in meetings with financial institutions (banks, customs, auditors, etc.)
代表公司与有关金融机构打交道（银行，海关，审计机构等）
4. Manage the overall cash flow for the business and ensure cash is made available in line with the requirements of the business plan
管理企业现金流，确保整个现金流水平满足企业发展计划的需要
5. Monitor and control of the costs of the business in line with agreed budgets
根据企业预算，进行成本监督和控制
6. Agree and monitor credit limits with customers
审核客户的信用度
7. Authorise and approve payments to suppliers
审批对供应商的支付条款
8. Ensure that the business is legally covered in all its activities
确保企业所有业务的开展符合有关法律法规的要求
9. Arrange necessary insurance cover for all activities within the business
为企业业务制定适用的保险计划
10. Deputise for the Managing Director on all matters relating to ThyssenKrupp Aerospace Suzhou
必要时，能够代表总经理处理公司的相关事务

Qualifications:
1. Accountant qualification is a must
2. Bachelor above degree in related subjects, with good level of English in oral and writing
3. SAP system frequent user, familiar with SAP modules, i.e. finance, supply chain, sales.
4. Organized, detailed, careful, action oriented, process driven yet with interpersonal sensitivity
5. Good communication skills and able to take initiatives
6. Efficient computer skills
7. Familiar with finance rules and policies in China
8. Good time management skills
9. Understanding of quality systems and approvals within the aerospace or similar industry
10. Strong communication and motivational skills
11. Knowledge/experience of lean manufacturing principles
12. Project management experience
13. Basic understanding of principles of supply chain management involving the linkage with both customers and suppliers
