Main tasks and duties:

1. Development new infrastructure equipment to support Coroplast China business unit new project launch.
2. Equipment ROI analysis base on Coroplast CHT business unit strategy for new equipment investment.
3. To be responsible for overall Coroplast China product site (KS, MY, TC plant) infrastructure equipment and tools management, include below contents
- Infrastructure equipment & tools information, assets management

- To establish the equipment operation instructions
- Making equipment calibration plan and in accordance with the relevant requirements to implement
- Infrastructure equipment & tools daily and preventive maintenance
-Spare parts safety storage setup, spare parts management
-maintenance order release and close according TPM plan
4. Make sure TPM system work effectively with equipment and tools, to reduce production down time and to have good OEE performance, according production OEE data to improve equipment performance.
5. Analysis equipment repair report, and the frequent or significant influence of fault type to take effective measures, completely solves the problem.
6. Proposed equipment and supporting technology, tools, constantly optimize the process, improve the quality and process stability.
7. Guide and supervise equipment department daily staff to implement equipment maintenance & repair
8. For frequent replacement, as well as the amount of expensive replacement of spare parts, analyze the root cause, completely solve the problem.
9. Clean up equipment training information, on the newly technicians to carry through a comprehensive training, and the training effect evaluation.
10. To establish, implement and tracking equipment management plan, on the production employee of basic equipment operation, cleaning and maintenance training.
11. Implementation and timely feedback superior assigned various tasks.

Necesarry professional knowledge:

Familiar and maintenance of production equipment, such as injection molding machines, extrusion molding machine, crimping machine, cutting machine, test benches etc

Office software applications skilled

Fluent English both verbal and writing
