Job Describtion：

1.Manages the stock of warehouse & hubs

- Checks the MRP (Material Resources Planning) info everyday to leverage products available
- Support planning team to adapt the stock & targets by using the stock calculation tools
- Runs global inventories quarterly and rotating inventories daily minimizing excess inventories

- Inbound (empty + full) checking and identify & manage NC prodcuts.

2. Manages and controls the loadings and unloadings of the vehicles

- Prepares the stocks for the primary and secondary vehicles
- Controls that loading and unloading are executed respecting AL's group procedures to reduce errors and with good effiicency
- Controls drivers' behaviors at warehouse site / plant.
- Controls vehicles status for safe transportation under instruction of dispatch team

3. Validates trip returns and Control Gideons data update

- Update the cylinder handed-over in the system (CMS) for primary transports
- After execution of the secondary trips, check with every driver every day and recording the actual data of the deliveries into Gideons by DO checking and confirming in-time and correctly.
- Records the gaps between planning and execution and informs the Cylinder Dispatchers

- Manage DO and other delivery records well for better tracing.

4. Manages the tracking operation in assigned area

- Controls that the tracking tool (CMS) is correctly used
- Trains the oiperators to the use of the tracking tool
- Manages the labelling of the cylinders and their recording in the tracking system (if required)
- Masters the tracking system and provides troubleshooting solutions to designers

5. Facility management & Emergency response

- Peform PPM to make sure warehouse material & tool available under good conditions

- Follow IMS & HESQ rules in daily operation & failicity management

- Participate in ER training and react emergency as a ER member (needs to be qualified)
- Train operator of ESG emergency reaction & response
