1. 2 or >2 years sales experience preferably in Electronic industries.

2. Experience in adhesive tape business is definitely an advantage, but not essential

3. Degree or professional diploma holder, preferably in Chemistry, Polymer, Chemical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering etc.

4. Ability to work independently, while being essentially a committed team player

5. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

6. Good command of Mandarin and English language

7. Good PC (MS-office) skills

Job Description 职位描述

Develop & maintain tesa business in Mobile Phone market. Geography cover in Shenzhen/Dongguan market, meanwhile project support in Zhuhai/Huizhou and rounding area by demand. Sales activities focus is on Mobile Phone supply chain to specify tesa tapes and support the project from project phase to mass production regardless of where mass production takes place.

1. Gather Identified region & segment Mobile Phone market information and exchange internal information by clear & timely reporting/ email/ phone call with tesa Mobile Phone team.

2. Monitor and manage Converter sales per coordinate and implement team sales objective.

3. Maintain and initial Sales activities including customer relationship and technical support in the customer side, focus on identified customer base and new potential accounts development.

4. Be good communication window between customer side and tesa internal technical support side.

5. High level of collaboration and transparency with colleagues within Greater China and business segment manager in mainland China is required.
