Logistic Manager
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
1.Responsible LG warehouse, logistic and customs and delivery.
2. Daily operation management
3.Organization plan, training plan for team staffs. Ensure we have back up system for any staff 's leave
4.Ensure no variance between handbook and physical materials import and export, all process is in compliance.
5.Manage inventory accuracy, and ensure accuracy is over 99%..
6.Optimize logistic flow , ensure cost and lead-time efficiency.
7. Manage local forwarder and HK warehouse, keep close communication with those forwarders, ensure they can provide better service and cost
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, & COMPETENCIES:
1.Education Background:
University or above
2.Work Experience:
6 years or above experience in logistic area and 3 years management experiences at least
3.Skills &Knowledge:
Written and Oral English frequently. management and communication skill is must
4.Personality & Attitude:
Honesty , activity. Hard work
