Job Responsibilities:

-Quality issue resolution:

Resolve the internal or external quality issue in order to make the process stability and meet customer's requirements.
-Process improvement:

Improve and optimize the process in order to reduce the variance and remove the causes of defects and errors;Develop manufacturing processes for all productions in order to ensure the processes and specifications are strictly followed throughout the company.
-Technical training:

Conduct regular and ad hoc process training to various staffs in order to support efficient operations.
-Online support:

Provide daily supports to productions and other functions in order to resolve any process related technical problems.Coordinate with overseas colleagues on engineering change, documentation and any issues related to manufacturing process in order to achieve production engineering controls.
-People management&development:

Lead and develop staff for change,improvement and attainment of high levels of professionalism in order to make entire process department as a whole become more action oriented with strong initiatives.
-Planning and budgeting:

Analyze equipment utilization and formulate tooling/equipment plan in order to ensure undisrupted productions;Plan department budget in order to do process analysis and improvement.
-Project management:

Drive for continuous improvement through Six sigma&LEAN initiatives and effective implemetatioms in order to achieve production efficiency and cost savings project.Develop process engineering policies and directions in order to support company's business requirements.

-Lead and implement Lean (TEOA) activities in Shenzhen plant.

Job Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in engineering with mechanical&electrical/electronics concentration;more than 8 years working experience in related field,of which,at least 5 years supervisory experience; Process development knowledge;Lean knowledge and experience;Value steam analysis knowledge and experience;Fluent english listen, spoken, read and written skill.
Communication and coordination skills;Stress management;integrity and accountability;strong technical capability;high level problem solving skills
