职位描述

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for all B2B sales of Tableware business in Southern China (institutions such as Hotels, Restaurants, Canteens, Caterers and any other public or non public commercial institutions)

· Support, train and trigger the existing partners/dealers in the country

· Identify potential partners, in order to reach a maximum coverage within the country

· Follow up locally, the central acquired leads/tenders of international and/or national chains, in order to convert them into sales

· Assure a maximum level in pre-/after sales services in order to deepen the relationship on a local level

· Seek, investigate, identify, classify and follow up leads to sales conversion including all post delivery issues and services (international/national/regional)

· Responsible for tender & quotation of tableware offers (glass, cutlery, china-ware) to leads acquired / obtained including a post reporting of those

· Responsible for sales budget and initial tender/follow up amount of leads/projects (customer relation ship platform)

· Perform other duties as assigned


Requirements:

· University degree or above, major in hospitality is preferable

· Good in English (both written and spoken)

· At least 3 years experience in hospitality field

· Familiar with all channel sales instruments and insights

· Able to carry out business plans (sales plans) for steering purposes (e.g. market/competitor analysis, SWOT analysis)

· Experience of working to deadlines and meeting them

· Willingness to work for an international company with its international interfaces

· Eye for the beauty for premium products/labels

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Good interpersonal skills

· Ability to learn, critical information seeking

· Analytical & strategic thinking
