Job Title: Marketing Communications Consultant, KWM China

Level: Specialist (entry to middle level)

Reports To: Marcom Manager, KWM China

Location: Beijing

Date: Oct 2013

Purpose of the Position

The position is designed to work as an integral part of the Marcom team of the Marketing department to support the Marcom Manager with marcom related works which is mainly comprised of e-marketing programs, events and branding & communications functions so as to maintain and enhance KWM China’s brand and help drive the business.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

？ To execute the firm’s general branding efforts such as content & message development

？ To execute the firm’s e-marketing related programs such as websites maintenance and e-newsletter development etc.

？ To execute the firm’s internal communication efforts such as firm-level communications with the other Verein members as well as help with KWM China’s internal employees communication where necessary

？ To help execute the firm-wide branding events such as key partners’ speaking opportunities, cross-practice client seminars & networking events

？ To support the Marcom Manager with other marcom related tasks if necessary

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

· University degree or above

· Experience with PR agencies is preferable

· Organised & flexible; multi-tasked and highly efficient

· Strong team player; solutions orientated & problem solver

· Proactive, have sense of ownership, passion & commitment to work

· Excellent writing skill is required

· Fluent English & Mandarin is required
