Key Responsibilities :
Branch Finance Manager (苏州分行)
工作地点:上海
1. Branch GL maintenance and monitoring 2. Branch sundry and suspense account clearance and monitoring 3. Branch statutory reports submission with the supervision from the central reporting team 4. Branch taxation and declaration with the supervision from the central tax team 5. Processing staff claims & Account Payable of the branch or provide the assistance to AP team for the branch expense and staff claims 6. Provide the assistance to MIS team for MIS reporting and analysis 7. Provide the assistance to Shanghai Reporting team for group/CBRC/PBOC reporting and analysis 8. In charge of tax related affairs for the Branch (e.g. stamp duty checking, tax return submission) 9. Submit monthly local statutory reporting, where appropriate 10. Keep in good relationship with PBOC/CBRC/Tax bureau 11. Assist in Branch annual budget setup 12. Coordinate the external and/or group audit exercise 13. Monitor and ensure that statutory ratios/limits requirements comply with the specific requirements of local regulators. 14. Safely keep financial chop and control its usage 15. Establish and complete internal control procedure for all financial transaction; and match with risk requirement on CBRC and within bank and submit the related reports on time. 16. Ensure that recommendations from Internal and External Audit are implemented on time. 17. Supporting all internal Projects from Finance perspective 18. Training and supervise subordinates to improve Branch Finance team’s contribution. 19. Support ac-hoc assignment. Key Requirements : (Knowledge and skills, Education, Experience, Personality etc) 1. Over 5 years working experiences on foreign enterprises; 2. No less than 3 years for finance manager position; 3. Good communication skill, management abilities; 4. Good skill in computer softwares, such as MS Office; 5. Good in oral and written English.
