职位描述
主要工作职责:
Responsibilities:
? Work with Relationship Managers (RMs) to manage loan portfolio composition, quality and if necessary, manage out the weaker credits for the assigned region and loan portfolio.
? Provide credit risk management perspectives to the respective BU’s objectives/goal-setting process to ensure alignment with the Bank’s credit strategy.
? Approve / recommend credit propositions, credit reviews and transactions in a timely manner in accordance with the Lending Authority Framework set out in the Credit Policy Manual.
? Ensure that new transactions and credit renewals meet OCBC’s risk acceptance criteria, credit policies and procedures and regulatory requirements.
? Jointly with the RMs, ensure that risk grades are fresh and accurately reflect the risk level of the obligor/facility. Approval of OG and FG grading in the CRS system are to be done in a timely manner.
? Provide advice, when necessary, to RMs on transaction structuring and on managing deteriorating credits.
? Co-ordinate the submission of accurate and timely credit reports.
? Participate in marketing calls with the RMs, whenever necessary.
? Establish, in conjunction with the RMs, process to monitor the credit risk of outstanding exposures, and review the process from time to time.
? Be well versed with the Bank’s credit policies and procedures and recommend credit policy changes, as required.
? Be effectively bilingual and able to communicate with management and staff at all levels.

? Familiar with credit policies and practices
