职位描述
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and Manage Fungicide Development Programs
1.Implement fungicide development plans to develop, change or modify product positioning strategies and application delivery systems
2.Develop formal protocols for each fungicide product/fungicide project and implement trial and demo activities
3.Develop fungicide project charters for each project with analysis of market opportunities, competition, project cost and financial returns
4.Implement a formalized process including planning, designing, implementing and evaluating for agreed fungicide products/projects
Technical Support and Training of Fungicides to the Organization
1.Provide technical support in fungicide product launching including internal training, distributor training, farmers education programs
2.Prepare technical presentations, technical brochures, and other technical materials in support of the sales teams
3.Cooperate with the marketing team in support of market communication programs including technical posters, leaflets and banners etc
4.Provide technical supports to registration & regulatory team for new fungicide registration and help analyze the official trial reports
Experience Required:
1.3-5 years experience in product development in agricultural environment
2.Competent knowledge of agricultural industry, Fungicides technology and agricultural cultivation system in China
3.Knowledge and experiences of product performance assessment techniques
4.Experience with field trial design, data collection, analysis and formatting
5.Effectively manage development budget
Education & Skills Required:
1.Master degree in plant protection related discipline or science. Fungicides is preferred
2.Priority setting and time management ,drive and result oriented
3.Effective communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, team work spirits
4.Good command of speaking and writing English
5.Computer literate, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, DMAP and statistical analysis
