职位描述
Job Description
1. Communicate product marketing plan to stakeholders and gain consensus and support and ensure the marketing plan implementation in season with functional efforts of commercial and technical unit
2. Develop and lead the implementation of market communication/promotion plan for responsible portfolio to create field demand within budget
3. Evaluate the quality of FMC field promotions and propose the resource and tactics changes to create field demand. Identify growth opportunities to develop market
4. Actively network with sales team to understand customer needs, competitor activities and relevant market changes, to gain market intelligence and insights
5. Lead to organize big customer event nationwide to build brand awareness and accelerate market penetration
6. Lead marketing research project and develop demo plan for responsible portfolio, and well manage market research and demo expense within budget
7. Build up/implement sound value and transactional pricing based on customer perceived value
Job Requirements
Education
Bachelor degree or above, major in agriculture related
Experience
7+ years working experience with at least 3 years marketing experience in agrichemical fields.
Capability
1. Proficient knowledge of agribusiness markets, crop protection industry, understands customer needs, market dynamics and competitive environment.
2. Good team work spirit, excellent communication skills, initiative and the capability to asses new product in agrichemical fields, capability of opportunity assessment and recommendation.
3. Fluent oral and written English
4. Experience in Fruit and Vegetable or Wheat and Corn is preferred.
