主要职责Main Responsibilities：

？ 负责各工序工装的设计，组织设计方案的评审；及时按公司程序规定打印图纸并交档案室执行下发手续。

In charge of process tooling design and arrange the review on design program. Print drawings and give the muniment room to make next process according to company regulations.

？ 协助采购部对工装供应商的开发及评估工作，对供应商的报价提供必要的技术分析支持以确定报价的合理性。

Assist Purchasing Dept on development and approval of tooling supplier.

Offer necessary technical analysis support to ensure the rationality supplier quotation

？ 负责对工装制造供应商提供技术支持，跟踪供应商的项目开发进度，协助解决加工过程中的技术问题。

In charge of technical support to tooling manufacturer and follow up project development process of supplier. Assist to solve the technical problem in manufacturing procedure.

？ 负责与国外总公司设计人员沟通工装设计及进度。

Be responsible for communicating with designer in Headquarter for the tooling design and schedule.

？ 负责配合工艺工程师﹑现场技术员与调试技术员及工人等相关人员完成对工装的调试工作，协调解决安装调试过程中遇到的各种问题。

Be responsible for a good cooperation with relevant staff such as process engineer, on-sight technician, technical adjuster and operators in tooling adjustment; assist to solve the problem in tooling adjusting process.

？ 组织相关部门进行新工装的验收工作，确保新夹具量检具和工装在功能﹑加工精度以及安全环保等方面满足项目和公司相关规定与要求，并完成验收合格报告。

Organize relevant departments to inspect new tooling and ensure new inspection jig, measurers and tooling meet the requirement of project and company regulations in function, machining precision, security and environmental protection.

？ 负责对工装进行改进设计及优化设计，贯彻快速换模的设计理念，参与持续改进KAIZEN活动，以提高生产效率及降低成本。

In charge of improvement design on tooling, SMED design, into the design and participate in KAIZEN activity in order to improve manufacturing efficiency and lower the cost.

？ 支持项目经理对新产品开发工装的报价及可行性分析工作，对供应商的制造方案进行技术评估。

Support project manager with tooling quotation of new product, its feasibility analysis and technical evaluation on supplier’s manufacturing program.

任职资格Qualifications：

？ 机械设计或模具设计等相关专业大学本科及以上学历

Above faculty degree related to mechanical layout or mold design

？ 3年以上工装设计经验.

Above 3 years tooling design experience

？ 能够熟练使用CATIA V5进行机械设计，曲面设计，装配设计，模拟运动分析。

Be familiar with 3D design, CATIA V5 is a must. Be able to use CATIA V5 to make technical design, curved surface design, assemble design, simulation moving analysis.

？ 熟悉金属机械加工的基本原理与方法，具备机械加工工艺基础知识。

Be familiar with basic principles and methods of metal machining and equip with basis of knowledge of machining process.

？ 掌握良好的几何尺寸和公差知识。

Good knowledge about Geometric Dimension & Tolerance.

？ 熟悉各种模具材料并会优质低价合理选择。

Be familiar with mold materials and make reasonable selection to better mold material with lower price.

？ 独立选择模具标准件。

Be familiar with punching die & module standard parts

？ 了解模具材料的热处理工艺等制造技术。

Understand the heat treatment; surface blacking & others manufacture technology.

？ 掌握相关的TS16949实践操作技能。

Master practical skills of TS16949.

？ 良好的英语技能
