Overview
Conduct C & B analysis, design and implement C & B programs with limited direction with the objective of providing
effective and efficient C & B support to TE's businesses within established budgets, TE C & B principles and Chinese
regulations, laws and employment standards.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Policy & Process
Draft/support to define C & B related policy guideline and procedure, give related consultation to site/BU HR, provide
information & solutions to internal clients in order to meet business needs and make the programs applicable in local
market
2. Market Analysis
Customize the market report to internal clients, benchmark external procedure & policies; Study market practice and
trend, prepare related analysis in order to ensure the clients get the accurate information in time
3.Benefits Program Management
1) Design and implement risk and healthcare insurance program, drive for more streamlined process and better
service through vendor management
2) Implement equity program, including stock purchase plan and RSU plan
3) Desin and implement other benefits program, including but not limited to wellness/pension plan in order to ensure
related program designed to meet the business needs and smoothly implemented
Project Management
1) Project planning for some less complex project; define/assist to define project implementation details
2) Support project implementation at coporate level, mornitor project status and provide solution to outstanding
issues
in order to ensure the successful carrying out of projec

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
1. Education, Technical Qualification & Experience
Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent
around 5 years' C & B experience in MNC, preferrably in COE/corporate
2. Personal Attributes & Competencies
Integrity, businees acumen, good communication & presentation skills, good analysis skill, be sensitive to numbers,
good excel skill
