Overview:

Managing the hardware, software, services at the data center such as servers, blade, storages, network routers,
switches, firewalls, wireless and appliances. Other responsibilities include second level support and consulting
assistance for the infrastructure services to the campus teams. Taking turns to standby weekends, evening overtime
and On-Call duty is required.

Responsibilities:
- Data Center equipment installation projects: from collecting the requirements, preparing the bill of material,
negotiating with venders, following up the ordering process, installation (possibly on-site), configuration,
moving to production, documentation.
- Daily Operation: Server OS patching, installation, backup operations, hardware / software maintenance,
application management, monitoring and supporting local IT campus teams and application owners.

Qualifications:

- Good written and verbal communications skills in English. Additional language(? s) are welcome
- Team player; good and open attitude; good communication skills
- Independent and diligent with accurate reporting and feedback to manager.
- Experience in Windows Server 20xx installation, configurations and administration.
Optional : Network knowledge ; Cisco configuration knowledge ; Windows Server OS knowledge; VMware
knowledge ; Citrix, PCs/Servers hardware knowledge ; Solaris knowledge
