CAE Engineer 有限元分析工程师


Location - Caohejing Hi-Tech Park, Shanghai



Responsibilities

-Provide high-quality CAE support & develop the solution to the product and manufacturing engineers to improve and validate product designs appropriately;
-Make professional analysis report to internal engineers or external customers to interpret simulation results clearly;
-Cooperate with test engineers to validate and improve the simulation accuracy;
-Develop easy-to-use analysis tools for product engineers to accelerate concept design;
-Leverage the global team CAE capabilities by developing advanced analytical approach on some specific research fields through teamwork;
-Develop engineering analysis capabilities in region and standardize workflow to improve work efficiency.
-Contribute in innovation.



Qualifications

-Bachelor degree in Engineering science - mechanical engineering, engineering mechanics or related disciplines; Master preferred.
-Minimum 5 years experience in theoretical modeling; Strong knowledge of Finite Element Analysis (FEA) approach
-Skillful in using commercial software among Ansys, Moldflow, etc.
-Experienced in nonlinear analysis.
-Knowledge of mechanical design and design of experiments;
-Familiar with at least one 3D modeling tool, Pro/E, SpaceClaim
-Technical writing and presentation skills;
-Self motivated and accountable;
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
-Good at English language ability in reading, writing and speaking.
