AREAS OF KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Support strategic planning on internal communication to enhance employee engagement
2. Work with BUs, sites, and global communications team to maintain and enhance exsisting internal communications vehicles (intranet, newsletter, corporate town hall, etc). Ensure all level employees across China stay connected on company messages
3. Evaluate and develop new two-way employee communications plat forms by leveraging social/digital media and roll out to all China facilities
4. Assist in change communications to internal audiences
5. Assist in leadership communications

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Education, Technical Qualification & Experience:
1. Bachelor degree or above; majored in Journalism, or English etc.
2. 3~5 year experience in employee communications and employer branding within a large scale enterprises or other related working experience.
3. Understand and know how to leverage employee as brand ambassador
4. Excellent writing skills in both English and Chinese, and fluent oral communications skills
5. Experience in social media and employer branding is a plus
6. Agency experience is preferred

1. Good communications and inter-personal skills - able to coordinate within a complex organization
2. Result oriented with focus on quality deliveries
3. Flexible and willing to take ad-hoc requests
