The role is to provide support to TE employees and In-scope Business Partners with the on-boarding, due diligence and approval process in the Securimate software program. The BPM program will be on-boarding 1,000 Business Partners a month over an eighteen month period. The position will report to the Business Partner Management Program Manager.
The Project Analyst role involves supporting the on-boarding of Business Partners and includes the following responsibilities;
?Communicating with TE employees who are Business Sponsors
oGetting them signed up as users in Securimate
oTracking the load status of records per Sponsor
oNotifying Sponsors when records are loaded and available
oSupporting Sponsors with their roles and responsibilities
oTroubleshooting and ad-hoc support to Sponsors
?Communicating with TE employees who are Legal Counsel
oAssisting them with the due diligence and case management workflows in the on-boarding process
oTraining Legal Counsel
oProviding reports and analytics reports to Legal Counsel for managing the on-boarding of Business Partners
oSupporting Legal Counsel with their roles and responsibilities
?Troubleshooting and ad-hoc support to Sponsors Communicating with TE Business Partners
oSupporting Business Sponsors when Business Partners need assistance with BPQs
oTroubleshooting and ad-hoc support to Business Partners
?BPM Project Team
oReporting and updating activities as required by BPM Manager
oSupporting Compliance Counsel as required
oProviding reports and analytics reports to Compliance Counsel for managing the Commercial Legal teams.
