Key Responsibilities:
Business Development
This involves identifying, developing and implementing strategies that consolidate and develop the business and maximises revenue from this activity. In this instance this would involve the initial introduction to the Business Development principles and application of the practices.

Client Management
This involves initiating, maintaining and developing relationships with organisations with the aim of them becoming fee-paying clients, and managing the relationship thereafter. This includes having an understanding of organisational needs, delivering results to fulfil those needs and adapting personal style to suit the style of the client.

Assignment Management
This includes all activities required to effectively manage the client and candidate/s during the assignment process. The consultant serves as a link between the candidate/s and the client with the aim of bringing the two parties together in a solution to their mutual satisfaction. The consultant is also responsibility for leveraging assignments to build the candidate database in their area of specialization.

Candidate Management
Involves interaction with applicants, assessing them with pre-determined criteria to determine potential suitability and feedback to them. Matching the candidate’s suitability with a desired position and their own preferences. It also involves maintaining an ongoing communication with them outside of the assignment process. This focuses on maintaining the relationship with temporarily placed candidates to ensure the mutual satisfaction between the candidate and client after placement. Regular contact is vital to ensure strong relationship with the candidate and to secure their loyalty.

Systems and Operations
This involves the handling of all information, both manual and electronic, updating, retrieving and processing records to ensure accurate and up to date information is available, as well as recommending system improvements. It also involves the organization of work including planning, coordinating, delegating and doing a range of tasks, as well as time management of time, resources and priorities.
Adhere to all operating systems/administrative procedures relevant to the role as documented in manuals.

People and team
Participation in activities and cooperation with colleagues to achieve the objectives of the team. This also includes networking and sharing resources, information and potential business opportunities (passing of business leads). Expected to identify and recruit top talent for team, as well as contribute to the career success and development of team members. Desired Skills and Experience
A Bachelor Degree holder or equivalent
Working experience in MNCs is a plus
Knowledge about China’s IT End User industry or Corporate IT preferred
Sales, Business Development or Recruitment Consultancy experience, they will play to your advantage later
Solid presentation and communication skills, proficient in both English and Mandarin
Multi-tasking capability and able to work under pressure
We are looking for candidates with qualities of proactive, strong self-motivated with high energy level, and above all, a team player
Overseas experience is preferred
