Responsibility:
质量经理下面有四个工程师,做QC的有二个人，另外有一个体系的QA，还有实验室和NDT的.
本科以上学历,五年左右工作经验,最好是男生，机械行业背景或是航空企业做过性格要外向英语口语简单交流 按项目来分的。

1.Responsible for process quality control activities in a production segment.
2.Create control plan/ inspection plan for the items in NPI phase to ensure the customer’s quality requirements to be implemented in the manufacturing processes.
3.Oversee and observe the day-to-day manufacturing processes to ensure all the operation steps in line with the engineering standards and customer specifications.
4.Introduce new testing/ inspecting methods to the on-going manufacturing processes so as to improve the inspection process and productivity.
5.Maintain quality procedures and instructions to be followed effectively in the daily operations.
6.Handle daily non-conformance in sheet metal processing processes including cutting, deburring, forming, welding, dress distortion, chemical finishing, part marking, and so on.
7.Lead root cause investigation process in case non-conformance occurred and monitor the corrective and preventive actions to be closed completely.
8.Assist QA engineer in scheduling the annual internal audit plan and join the audit process.
9.Provide coach and training to the inspectors and operators per request.
10.Handle customer complaint and sub-contractor quality issues.
11.Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirement:
1.Bachelor or above in mechanical engineering or related.
2.Substantial experiences and knowledge of process quality control is essential.
3.At least 5 years working experiences in mechanical manufacturing environment. Sheet metal processing experience is desired, relevant experience in aerospace Industry would be advantageous.
