Key Objectives/Principal Accountabilities
Daily
Release sales order in line with Credit Policy
Create billing document
Collect credit data
Clear Incoming payment and Bill of exchange
Maintain VAT Invoice No in SAP system
Undertake collections and contact delinquent customers to resolve issues within established guidelines.
Customer open items reconciliation and clearance
Report to supervisor and sales department about delinquent accounts and provide recommend action on delinquent accounts.
Provide support to G/L team to reach monthly closing deadline
Prepare customers rebates report on quarterly basis
Customer rebates reconciliation and settlement
Month End
VAT output reconciliation with Tax system and SAP
Bank reconciliation
Inter-company statement confirmation

Requirement
· Educational Level: University graduates major in Accounting or related.
· Working Experience: At least 2 years accounting work experience, with multinational companies preferred
· Language Skills: Fluent in both English and Mandarin
· Special Requirements / Skills:
- Strong multi-task, ability to follow-through and attention to details;
- Professional and proactive service attitude, flexible and able to work under pressure;
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, Power Point;
- An enthusiastic and motivated team player
