1、按生产计划做好产前准备工作
2、确认物料与BOM表是否相符
3、要求员工按岗位标准操作程序操作，安全生产
4、负责产线异常的处理及通知主管或相关部门
5、负责各类表单的确认和报表的填写
6、负责5S工作的检查及本组员工的考核


任职要求
1、中专及以上学历
2、2-3年班组长工作经验
3、有工作责任心，有一定的抗压能力
4、有机械厂工作经验，能够倒班
