Job Responsibilities:

-Daily finance operation (such as billing/invoicing/tax report to tax bureau/etc.)

-Responsible for finance accounting work under coordination with headquarter.

-Responsible for month end closing work under coordination with Wuxi/Suzhou operation team

-Responsible for general administrative support to Wuxi & Suzhou branch office, serve as administrative liaison with others within and outside the company.

-Help with the scheduling of meetings, conference calls, corporate/team functions and events, and other appointments.

-Collect and maintain accurate data to prepare various reports and statistics.

--Prepare payment requests and E-forms for management approval; follow up on questions pertaining to requests for approval for company information release

-Answer phone calls, screen callers, and direct incoming calls to the appropriate party promptly and efficiently when management is not available or out of office; take and relay messages; greet visitors.

-Act as a bridge of HR and site team for information transfer.

-Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-College in Accounting / Financial Management, or Administrative management.
-Minimum2 years working experience, preferably in a foreign enterprise.
-Knowledge of local tax laws and financial regulations, holding accountant certificate;
-Good command of Chinese and English.
-Computer proficient, particularly in accounting and financial software.
-Good administrative, coordination and analytical skills
