岗位职责:
负责团队激励，销售方案的实施，带领团队达成业绩目标，协调相关部门的工作。
1、带领团队达成总体销售目标；
2、管理电话销售团队，对员工进行培训、指导和监督；
3、电话营销小组的日常管理工作；确保团队所有员工明确项目进度及个人目标；
4、提高员工的工作热情和凝聚力，保证队伍架构趋向合理化发展；
5、对员工进行考核评估，为销售决策提供支持，负责业务流程不断优化。
6、积极乐观，有团队意识，团队管理能力强，有强烈的责任感；
7、具备良好沟通技巧，能处理各种客户需求或客户投诉问题；
