？ Qualification – Must have:
– 4+ years of experience in recruitment. Ability to formulate, implement, drive and achieve business plan and targets. Ability to operate in a matrix organization
– Proven experience on recruiting mgr or above positions as an recruiter
– Demonstrable ability to manage and evaluate the effectiveness and efficiency of recruiting channels
– Demonstrable collaboration skill with the customers (plant HR leaders / plant mgrs)
– Strong planning, communication, relationship building, project management skills
– Good command of Chinese and English
